At Stanford Matriculation School, we follow a transparent and streamlined admission process to ensure a smooth enrollment experience for students and parents. Admissions are open for all classes from Kindergarten to Grade X, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
Admission Procedure:
- Step 1: Collection of Application Form – Parents/guardians can collect the application form from the school office during working hours or download it from the school website (if available).
- Step 2: Submission of Application Form – The duly filled application form must be submitted to the school office along with the required documents within the specified deadline.
- Step 3: Interaction / Entrance Assessment (if applicable) – For admission into higher classes (Grade I and above), students may have to appear for an entrance assessment in subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science to evaluate their academic competency.
- Step 4: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment – Selected students will receive an admission confirmation from the school. Parents must pay the prescribed admission fee and term fees to secure the seat.
Documents Required for Admission:
- Birth Certificate (Mandatory for all classes)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (For students seeking admission in Grade II and above)
- Mark Sheet/Progress Report from the last school attended
- Aadhar Card of the student and parents (Photocopy)
- Passport-size Photographs (Recent – 4 copies)
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Certificate (For students with special medical conditions or allergies)
- Duly Filled Admission Form with parent’s signature
General Guidelines for Admission:
- Admissions are granted based on merit and seat availability.
- Preference will be given to students with siblings already studying in the school.
- Age criteria must be strictly followed as per Tamil Nadu government norms.
- Admission once granted is final and non-transferable.
- Parents must ensure that all documents submitted are authentic and valid.
