To ensure a smooth and efficient financial process, all parents and guardians are required to adhere to the school fee payment guidelines outlined below.

1. Fee Payment Guidelines:
- School fees must be paid in advance at the school office or through the class teachers.
- The academic year’s fees are to be remitted in three installments as per the following schedule:
- I Term – 30th June 2025
- II Term – 15th October 2025
- III Term – 15th January 2026

2. Late Payment Policy:
- A late fee penalty will be charged for any payment made after the due date.
- Repeated non-payment or delays may result in further disciplinary action.

3. Consequences of Non-Payment:
- Students who have outstanding fees will not be permitted to appear for:
- Mid-term tests
- Semester examinations
- Other academic assessments
- No student will be issued progress reports, transfer certificates, or other official documents unless all dues are cleared.

4. Policy for Students Joining or Leaving Mid-Term:
- Students who join or leave in the middle of a term are required to pay fees for the full term.
- Before withdrawal, all pending dues must be settled, and the necessary account clearance process must be completed to obtain certificates and documents.
- Parents are strongly encouraged to follow the fee payment schedule to avoid any inconvenience. If there are any concerns or financial difficulties, they are advised to contact the school office well in advance for assistance.
